Private yoga practices allow you to choose exactly what type of yoga class you want every time you practice .after a long day perhaps you are looking for a more restorative class with longer-held poses. Maybe you have a lot of energy and are looking for a fast-paced class with plenty of movement.

I teach various styles, designed to accommodate practitioners with any experience.I offer lessons at various levels proposed each time in a different way.
🧘♀️HATHA
Hatha Yoga is the basis of all other styles, an essential but deep practice, which focuses on the control of breath and movements, to achieve high levels of concentration, and optimizes the nervous system.
🧘♀️ VINYASA
Each lesson of Vinvasa is different and fun. The sequences are creative and are designed according to the season, the time, the lunar cycle and especially with the energy of those who are on the mat.
🧘♀️ YOGA STRESS REDUCTION
Each lesson is different. The sequences are designed to reduce stress and I finish the practice with a meditation.
🧘♀️ YIN YOGA
The asanas are maintained for a longer time using the weight of the body and the props to stretch the tendons and ligaments so you can achieve greater mobility and ease of movement.
Beginners Yogi

Beginners Cours: 5 practices of 60″ to introduce you to the practice of Hata yoga and Vinyasa Yoga aim to get you feeling better. All classes will start with a pranayama (breath work) practice to get you comfortable, and for the duration of the class we will listen to music to help you deepen the experience.

Advanced yogis


Do you want to deepen your practice of yoga? Or do you want to practice Yin Yoga for the first time?
Advenced yogis Cours: 10 practices of 60″ to deepen your practice of yoga and your pranayama technique. All classes will start with a pranayama practice, follow by a Vinyasa or a Gentle flow of your choise, for all the duration of the class we will listen to music to help you deepen the experience.
